Ultrasonic Flow Meter

We are a unique entity in the market, actively committed to offering a qualitative range of Ultrasonic Flow Meter. In synchronization with the set industry standards, these meters are manufactured by our adept professionals using the latest technology. Owing to their excellent measurement and user-friendly features, our provided meters are highly demanded among our clients. Furthermore, our quality controllers check these meters on various quality parameters to avoid any flaws.

Two bundles of flexible are available in our Ultrasonic flow meter. We are broad level Ultrasonic Flow Meters manufacturer in India and provide small, medium, and large category equipment. Pipe size of small, medium, and large transducer is 12 to 50MM, 40 to 1000MM, and 1000 to 4570MM respectively. According to its size and usages, transducer is moulded in different weights and dimensions. Slight variation in sensitivity and repeatability is seen. A strict security and safety measures are incorporated in the products. It provides the option for keypad lock and enables access code when required. The set temperature for standard is 400C to 121OC and high temperature is 400C to 250OC for liquid. The product has insertion 4LCD, 16 characters LCD with back light flow rate, velocity, and totalizer. For 12 hours of operation, the product requires 100 to 240 V AC power supply through charger.

Ultrasonic flow meters are advanced devices used to measure the flow rate of liquids or gases in a wide range of industries. They utilize ultrasonic technology to accurately and non-invasively determine the velocity of the fluid passing through a pipe or conduit. This information is then used to calculate the volumetric or mass flow rate.

The working principle of an ultrasonic flow meter:

Involves the transmission and reception of ultrasonic waves through the flowing medium. The meter consists of one or more pairs of transducers, typically mounted on the external surface of the pipe. One transducer acts as a transmitter, emitting high-frequency sound waves into the fluid, while the other acts as a receiver, capturing the signals transmitted by the first transducer.

There are two primary types of ultrasonic flow meters:

Transit-time and Doppler. Transit-time flow meters measure the time it takes for an ultrasonic wave to travel both with and against the direction of flow. By comparing the transit times, the meter can determine the flow velocity. Doppler flow meters, on the other hand, use the principle of the Doppler effect. They emit ultrasonic waves that bounce off particles or bubbles suspended in the fluid, and the frequency shift of the reflected waves is used to calculate the flow velocity.

One of the key advantages of ultrasonic flow meters is their non-invasive nature. Unlike traditional flow meters that require cutting into pipes or inserting probes, ultrasonic meters can be clamped onto the outside of the pipe, making installation and maintenance much simpler and cost-effective. This also eliminates the risk of leaks or contamination.

Furthermore, ultrasonic flow meters offer excellent accuracy and reliability across a wide range of flow rates and fluid types. They are capable of measuring both clean and dirty liquids, as well as gases, and can handle high-pressure and high-temperature environments. The lack of moving parts in ultrasonic meters reduces the need for frequent calibration and ensures long-term stability.

These meters also provide additional features and functionalities that enhance their usability. Many models offer built-in data logging capabilities, allowing for continuous monitoring and analysis of flow patterns. They can also incorporate advanced signal processing algorithms to compensate for factors such as temperature, pressure, and pipe irregularities, ensuring accurate measurements under various conditions.

In conclusion, ultrasonic flow meters are sophisticated instruments that provide accurate, non-invasive, and reliable flow measurement solutions. With their advanced technology and versatile capabilities, they have become an essential tool for industries seeking efficient and accurate flow monitoring and control.
