1. Capacitance Moisture Sensors : - Our capacitance moisture sensors are ideal for a wide range of applications, including soil moisture measurement, grain handling, and food processing.
- They are known for their high accuracy and durability, making them suitable for both laboratory and industrial environments.
- These sensors can be customized to meet specific requirements and are available in various probe lengths and materials.

2. Resistive Moisture Sensors : - Jaycee Technologies offers resistive moisture sensors that are highly sensitive and cost-effective.
- These Moisture Sensors are widely used in applications such as concrete moisture measurement and moisture content analysis in materials like wood and paper.

  • Moisture Range The Sensor Will Measure Up to Saturation of Material.
  • Material Penetration Approximately 75-100mm dependent on material.
  • Fixing The Hydro-Mix is secured to a fixing plate by a clamp ring. This allows the height of the sensor to be adjusted if necessary.
  • Operating Temperature 0-60 degrees C. The sensor will not measure in ice.

  • 2 Configurable 0-20mA or 4-20mA current loop source available for moisture and temperature. May also be converted to 0-10V DC. IP65
  • Digital Inputs/Output 2 configurable digital signals are provided for batch average start/stop or for moisture / temperature multiplexing purposes.
  • Connections The sensor is fitted with a 10-way MIL-SPEC connector. A 4, 10 or 25 meter, 6 twisted pair cable pre-assembled for connection to a waterproof junction box is available.
  • Power Supply +15Vdc to +30Vdc. 4W

  • We have used advanced technology in our product with 25 reading per second.
  • We have fixed advanced digital signal processing system in the product. So, the product gives rapid response along with a clear signal.
  • We have added standard quality control measures so that we can provide the best quality products to our customers. For this, calibration data points are stored within the sensor.
  • Bin Empty’ and ‘High moisture’ alarms are set to track the performance. We ensure consistent performance; there is no need of recalibration.
  • Stand alone or simple integration features are stored in new or existing system in order to ensure the smooth operations.

  • We have attached influence calibration with the possible wear life.
  • Replaceable Ceramic Faceplate is also available for the product. After the warranty period, even if there is damage, users can just change this part instead of buying a new product or equipment.
